Assembly & Roll Call: Meet up at North Inn Town hotel. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in with the coordinator, locate your assigned vehicle, and load any personal belongings. Scenic Drive to Doi Saket: Once everyone is safely on board, the tour departs from the city center. The journey east toward Doi Saket takes you through changing landscapes, moving away from town into lush greenery and rolling hills. Use this time to relax and get to know your fellow travelers.

Warm Welcome: Upon arriving at the venue, you will be greeted by the hosting staff and guided to the main registration area to kick off the experience. Refreshments & Souvenirs: Enjoy a chilled, refreshing herbal welcome drink to cool down from the ride. At the counter, you will also receive your exclusive souvenir canvas tote bag, perfect for carrying your belongings, shopping finds, or a camera throughout the evening.
